Accessing account from foreign country

Just a short notice and warning to all who might be interested. As I just started participating in GPT programs I for the first time accessed my accounts during vacation in a foreign country. I quickly found out that this is a problem in a lot of programs: some of my accounts got suspended or deleted.

Luckily most of the program owners did reactivate my account after explaining my mistake, but it took some effort and fear of losing the amounts gathered. So my advice is to check the TOS carefully and inform your program owners when needed before accessing your accounts from abroad. Clicking the links in the emails ofcourse also is counted as accessing your accounts.

Hopefully I can save some of you some anxious moments by sharing this experience.
